Crafting Together: Our Terms for a Harmonious Community
At Loom & Lore, we believe that creativity flourishes in a space built on mutual respect and clear understanding. Our terms and conditions are designed to foster a vibrant, welcoming learning environment for every member of our textile arts community.
By setting transparent expectations for both our students and instructors, we ensure that every class, workshop, and community gathering is a positive and productive experience. These guidelines help us maintain the high quality of our instruction and the supportive atmosphere you expect from Loom & Lore.

Enrollment, Payment, and Cancellation Policies
Registration & Payment
Secure your spot by registering online or in-person. Full payment is due at the time of registration to confirm your enrollment in any class or workshop. We accept major credit cards and offer payment plans for select longer programs, details available upon inquiry at hello@crossentharivoma.org.
Please note: Your registration is not complete until payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel, a full refund is issued for cancellations made 14 days or more before the class start date. Cancellations made 7-13 days prior receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations within 7 days of the class or for no-shows. Course credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis for emergencies.
This policy allows us to manage class sizes effectively.
Transfers & Absences
Class transfers to another session of the same class require a 7-day notice and are subject to availability. One makeup session may be offered for missed classes in multi-session courses, provided advance notice is given to your instructor.
For students under 18, guardian consent is required for all registrations, and specific age restrictions may apply to certain workshops. Please refer to course descriptions for details.

Respectful Conduct
We ask all participants to engage with fellow students and instructors with kindness, patience, and an open mind. Discriminatory or disruptive behavior is not tolerated. Our goal is to foster a supportive learning environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their creativity.
Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately to your instructor or directly to Loom & Lore administration. All reports will be handled with discretion and appropriate action will be taken.
Safety First
Your safety is paramount. Follow all instructor directions regarding the use of tools, equipment, and studio space. Be mindful of others and maintain a clean workspace. Emergency procedures will be reviewed at the start of each in-person class.

Nurturing Creativity: Intellectual Property Rights
At Loom & Lore, we celebrate original creation and respect the rights of all artists. Understanding these policies helps protect everyone's creative work.
Ownership of Materials
All instructional materials, patterns, designs, and content provided by Loom & Lore (whether in-person or online) are the intellectual property of Loom & Lore or its licensors. These materials are for your personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without explicit written permission.
Photography & Image Usage
We love seeing your progress! You are welcome to photograph your own work or the general classroom environment for personal use. If photographing other students or their work, please obtain their explicit permission first. Commercial use of any photos taken on Loom & Lore premises or containing Loom & Lore materials requires written authorization.
Student Work & Rights
Any original work you create in our classes remains your intellectual property. However, by participating, you grant Loom & Lore a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photos of your work (with proper attribution) for promotional and educational purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer your work not be featured, please notify us.
